These privacy guidelines apply to the SCAC Web site that you will be viewing, which is operated by us directly.

1. What information does SCAC collect?
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide our members with the best and most useful content and services.

We collect personally identifiable information when you provide it to us, such as when you register as a Member on our Website, when you purchase a membership or register for an e-mail newsletter or when you register to use certain services. Several of the services that we offer on our site, such as the Forums or Online shop, may require registration as a condition of use. Once you register or become a member with the SCAC Website you are no longer anonymous to us. We may also receive information about you from other sources and add it to the information you provided to us.

2. What is SCAC's practice regarding cookies?
Your Internet browser has a feature called "cookies" which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to our Website. You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit most of our site, although active participation in certain areas of our site may require cookies. 3. How does SCAC use the information?

2.To enhance the user experience .
We use tracking information to determine how well each page performs overall based on traffic patterns to those pages. This helps us continue to build a better Website for you.
3.To fulfill your requests for certain services, such as sending out electronic newsletters and enabling users to participate in forums,polls, contests and online shop.
4.To send you information you agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to you.

4. How doesSCAC share the information?

We will not make your personally identifiable information available to anyone with exception to being Legally Bound and when We have your consent to do so;

We respond to court orders, or legal process; or we believe that your actions violate applicable laws, In the event of Emergency
Online data
Companies that we use for our Online services.We may Pre-populate data for third-party services (example; online payment). This information is passed on to those third parties when our ordering system is accessed.

5. What are my options?

Users who would rather not provide any of the user data requested by our process's do not need to register with us. You can still view much of the content and use some of the services offered by our Website without registering. However if you require Membership this data is required.

6. How can I update my personally identifiable information?
You can correct or change the information collected. Members may change information at any time and as often as necessary. Members who are experiencing problems with our Website or who have questions about the services we offer can contact us by e-mail or post. Currently we do not offer users a means by which to completely delete personal information established at the time of membership registration for obvious reasons.

Any modifications to our privacy practices will be reflected first within this Privacy Statement. If there is a material change in our privacy policy, we will indicate on our sites that our privacy policy has changed and provide a link to the new privacy statement.
