Franklins Lake Update
Starting Monday, 21st July, Franklins Lake will reopen for day fishing only, with a maximum bait limit of 2kg.
All anglers must ensure that Franklins Lake opening and closing times align with the day ticket lakes.
Anyone who chooses not to follow this simple rule will receive an immediate ban.
As mentioned before, we’ll continue to monitor the lake each week and keep you updated. If things continue to improve, we’re hopeful the lake will be fully open again within the next couple of weeks.
