Membership Information

Membership runs from 1st April till 31st March. Up to 4 rods can be fished on some waters but only on purchase of a second club book regardless of if you are a junior, OAP (65) or disabled angler.  Please consult rules 13 and 14 for conditions of extra rods.  Ticket prices can be found here.

The use of up to 4 rods can only be fished on Whitefriars ( Lake26 ) not on Ham Pool, Dabchick or any of the lakes at Wick Water. 3 rods are allowed on Ham Pool, Dab Chick , and Wick Main Lake between 1st October and 28th February, but only with the purchase of a second membership book.  You will be required to issue the outlet from where you buy your membership, with a passport photo, and a valid Environment Agency Rod Licence.

Club books and weekly permits  for immediate use are available from the Clubhouse (during opening hours), from our bailiffs and from local fishing tackle shops.

Day Tickets for Gillmans and Stait lakes can be bought from the Tackle Den but there will only be a certain amount available.

Weekly Tickets are available which cover you for seven days but if you also require night fishing you will have to purchase the night Ticket as well.

Access to the “Fisherman’s Rest” (our Clubhouse and bar) is covered by purchase of annual and weekly fishing tickets.  Social membership (i.e. non-fishing) is also available for an annual cost of £5.00 payable at the clubhouse.  The social membership runs from 1st September till 31st August.

Membership can be purchased from the Tackle Den (South Cerney) Angling Direct (Swindon) or on the bank from the Bailliff.

Please put the appropriate money and passport style photo/s inside a sealed envelope with your full name ,address ,date of birth, phone number and email on the outside of the envelope.

Junior membership ends at the age of 17 years but you may continue to use your membership until the end of that season.
