We started on the method feeder and caught a few, using pellet. then the fish began topping on the surface and the pellet waggler caught us 2 small carp. the bites then started to shy off for a few hours so we got on the method again and also a pellet feeder which produced yet a few more carp, but again the bites shy off. i saw a huge tail pattern right in close and dropped in a couple of pellets right in close 6 inches from the bank the water churned and clouded it was clear it was time to make a change. and it was after losing 5 big fish on the pole i landed a 9 lb 8 oz mirror, then kept snapping up my rigs on some big fish but my friend managed a 1lb perch on meat and 3 big carp in close weighing 11lb 6oz . we will definately be getting back to this lake.
